What are the advantages of Chylobinoid over current CBD products?
Chylobinoid offers several advantages over current CBD products. The two most notable are 1) that we believe that CBDa will prove to have superior health benefits over CBD and 2) Chylobinoid is designed to bypass the liver and, therefore, it will be much better absorbed into the bloodstream after orally ingested. Thus, Chylobinoid packs a superior 1-2 punch, more beneficial and better absorption, relative to most CBD products on the market. In addition, since Chylobinoid is a powder, formulation into edibles and patches will be more efficient and provide greater flexibility for advanced formulations.
Are there any other CBDa products on the market and how is Chylobinoid different from those products?
Currently, we know of very few CBDa containing products commercially available. Chylobinoid differentiates from these products in that the CBDa payload is delivered to the bloodstream via the lymphatic system, as opposed to the liver like most other cannabinoid products, and, therefore, more of the payload is absorbed into the bloodstream.
How do you ensure the quality of Chylobinoid?
ChyloCure adheres to the Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) guidance in accordance with FDA’s Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) in the production of Chylobinoid. CGMPs implement proper design, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and facilities to assure a high quality product.
How do you prove the consistency of Chylobinoid’s quality?
A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is produced for every batch of Chylobinoid. The COA, which comes from an accredited laboratory, shows that the quantity of various cannabinoids meet our stated specifications. In addition, we certify our products to be free of pesticides, heavy metals and mycotoxins.
In what kind of products can Chylobinoid formulation be used besides the current cream, lotion and capsules?
We can seamlessly develop edible Chylobinoid products and patches for transdermal delivery.
How will your edible products be differentiated from other edible products?
As previously stated, Chylobinoid is designed to bypass the liver (i.e. lymphatic delivery) and so will the edibles. This could be an effective means by which vape users will no longer require vapes to get maximum effect from the hemp or marijuana derived products.
Does chylobinoid take advantage of the entourage effect (using all the compounds in the hemp plant to create a CBD/CBDa where they all work together for maximum health)?
Chylobinoid contains the same components that other broad-spectrum hemp extracts do so the
short answer is, “yes”. ChyloCure’s technology allows for synergistic delivery of other active
ingredients (e.g. vitamins, terpenes) so the full potential of the entourage effect can be explored with this technology in a totally unique way.
To whom do you supply your products?
We primarily distribute our products through a chain of partners – formulators, distributors and retail outlets.
What is the purpose/reason for magnesium?
Magnesium serves many roles. First, magnesium imparts amphiphilic (water and fat loving)
properties, that is increased water and oil solubility, to CBDa. This is important because increased amphiphilicity translates into better absorption through membranes, intestinal and skin. Second, magnesium stabilizes CBDa and prevents decarboxylation to CBD. Third, magnesium allows for ease of isolation of Chylobinoid and is the main reason why Chylobinoid exists in a powder form. In other words, Chylobinoid allows a deeper penetration into the skin and a more effective reach to the site of inflammation and pain.
What is the advantage of Chylobinoid being a powder (as opposed to CBD oils)?
Powders are much easier to manipulate (i.e. transfer, measure, etc) than oils. This also means that powders are more amenable to implementing advanced formulation processes such as coating or flavor enhancement.
