I have had hip pain due to arthritis and through a combination of therapies it has been relieved substantially and my mobility has improved greatly. The pain relief I experienced with using the 40 mg Capsules has been terrific and I am able to do more things as a result. In addition, my sleep has gotten much better due to the capsules.
